Scalability: AI adapts to handle large volumes, perfect for high-throughput manufacturing.
Cost-effectiveness: AI reduces waste and manual labor expenses.
Strength
The policies are increasingly regulating the rental market, demanding transparency and fairness in property information for both landlords and tenants.
A reliable inventory check is crucial for building trust between property agents, landlords, and tenants in letting services.
There are numerous user segments with specific needs and high demand for features that are currently lacking.
Users are seeking more efficient and cost-effective inspection methods.
Opportunities
In various regions, there are numerous competitors with comprehensive features already in place.
Users have established trust in the competitors.
Users in key market segments, outside the tech industry, may be considered less familiar with AI, resulting in a higher learning curve and lower tolerance for complexity.
Threads
Limited On-site Usage: Technological constraints may impede the real-time use of video recording during on-site inspections, potentially extending the duration of on-site work.
High Quality Image Requirement: Due to the reliance on images instead of video recordings, there's a need to elevate the quality standards for collected image data.

Challenges
When users are on-site, although our product has improved the efficiency of their inventory inspections, it has led to issues with items being easily missed and improper shooting angles.
Key Solution
To guide users in collecting complete image data using subordinate files, we can create a detailed step-by-step guide. This guide will help users understand what data needs to be collected, how to structure the subordinate files, and how to ensure completeness and accuracy in the image data collection process.

Easy Ignorance of Inspection Errors
Errors in the AI-generated results are easily overlooked before generating reports, potentially leading to inaccurate submission.
Inspection Control Missing
The system automatically re-generates results each time image data is updated, causing lag and a non-smooth user experience.
Risk of Accidental Overwrite, Deletion.
Overwrite or delete previously modified or edited information, leading to potential data loss and workflow disruptions.
Problems:
Difficulty Information Managing
The extensive data volume makes it challenging for users to efficiently locate specific information or existing issues.
